1. Before returning an item, please ensure that the item is in accordance to Welcomhome’s Return Policy

2. Submission of Return Merchandise Authorization form is required

  •        A brief detail and an photograph image as proof is required for an Return Merchandise Authorization form to be valid
  •        A detailed process of the Return can be found in the “How to Return” section

3. If your return item(s) meets the Welcomhome’s Return Policy requirement, Customer Service will process and assist your return as soon as possible

4. Please take note that the return item(s) needs to be returned to us within 7 calendar days

5. Customers are required to return the item(s) via Standard Courier

6. All items sold on Welcomhome.com have a return policy of within 3 working days from the date of goods received, if the items have defects by manufacturer(s).

8. You may lodge a return request via our Return page. You can refer to How to Return for step-by-step instructions.

9. You may track the return status with our customer service, once confirmed a refund would be made within 14 working days.

10. Due to certain purposes, below are the list of non-refundable but not-limited to items includes:

  •        Defects done by purchaser / users.

 

11. Policy on Non-Refundable Items:

  •        If the listed product falls under defective, wrong item shipped or damaged, customer may request a Return / Exchange via our Return section
  •        Kindly refer to the Return Policy for further information

12. Refund Process:

  •        A return process is successful after item has undergone an evaluation process
  •        An evaluation process may take 2 -3 business days
  •        We will send you a notification via  email or call once the evaluation is complete
  •        Please take note that the return item(s) needs to be returned to us within 7 working days
  •        Customers are required to return the item(s) via Standard Courier

13. Exchange Process:

  •        An exchange process is successful after item has undergone an evaluation process
  •        An evaluation process may take 3 -4 business days
  •        We will send you a notification via  email or call once the evaluation is complete
  •        You will be refunded via the bank details you have given to us within 14 working days.
  •        Please take note that the return item(s) needs to be returned to us within 7 calendar days
  •        Customers are required to return the item(s) via Standard Courier

14. Cancellations of Orders:

  •        Cancellations of orders are only valid within 24 hours.
  •        If item has been shipped, please submit a Refund so that we can arrange for a return of the product
  •        Please take note that the return item(s) needs to be returned to us within 7 calendar days
  •        A shipping fee maybe charged for the return of the item(s)
  •        A small penalty fee may be charged for cancellation of orders.
  •        Note: Refer to Return Policy for valid requirements for returning an item

17. What do I do if I received a faulty item?

  •        Rest assure that we strive to deliver your item in a condition that is safe, sound and in one piece
  •        But at times, our delivery team may encounter transportation issues that may affect shipment of item as well.
  •        Please submit a Return Merchandise Authorization form for a Return / Exchange of the item
  •        Please take note that the return item(s) needs to be returned to us within 7calendar days
  •        The faulty item that has been shipped to us will undergo an evaluation process for it to be eligible for the Return Policy

18. How do I track my return / exchange status?

  •        To track the status of a return / exchange item, log in to your account, and check on the return status

Shipping Policy

  


We provide free delivery service throughout Malaysia, all deliveries take place during normal business hours from Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm. (Saturday – Sunday only on special request and depending on availability). Payment made after 11am will be shipped out on the next working day (depending on stock availability).

Delivery confirmation (Time & Date) usually send via SMS/Email/Call before the delivery date. If there is no one at home by the time we deliver the goods during the arranged date, transportation fees will be charged for the next re-delivery.
