1.How can I be notified of the latest discounts and promotions?

Subscribe to our newsletter, and you will be notified via email on our latests discounts, products and promotions.

 

2. How do I view orders that I've made?

Log in to your account, and click "Orders" under My Account. A list of your item(s) will appear.

 

3. How do I track my order status?

Contact our cutomer service via phone or email to get updated on your items latest status. At the mean time, we will keep you updated via email whenever there are new status.

4. When will I receive my order?

  • After every successful purchase made from Welcomhome website, a verification process is made to make sure payment/ contact/ delivery info is correct.
  • An update via Email/ SMS will be sent once your item is shipped.
  • You may also track your order status through "My Account" under "Orders".

5. Is it possible to change my address after an order is confirmed?

  • If more than 24hours have passed after placing your order, chances are your order is ready to be shipped.
  • You may contact our Customer Service Agents by submitting an enquiry via the "Contact Us" section on our Welcomhome website and we will try to assist you as soon as possible!

6. Is it safe to pay online?

7. I ordered multiple item, but I only received 1, where are my other items?

  • If you have ordered from multiple vendors in one order, chances are you will receive your order in seperate parcels.
  • If you have ordered all products from the same seller and still find some missing parcels, you may contact our Customer Service Agents by submitting an enquity via the "Contact Us" section on our Welcomhome website and we will try to assist you as soon as possible!

We regret to inform that we are unable to speed up the delivery process. The delivery time for your order depends on the vendor(s) you have purchased from. Once the item is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification.

  • But if you have encountered this issue, kindly inform our Customer Service Agent via "Contact Us":Please take note that the return item(s) needs to be returned to us within 14 calender days

    • An image of the faulty/ incorrect item is required as proof
  • The item(s) will undergo an evaluation process for it to be eligible for a refund/ exchange
